COURT RESOLUTION. TUBOTEC TRADE MARK CAN

Provincial Court of Madrid, section 28 on sentence date 19th April 2007 has determinated that trade mark TUBOTEC can't be used by anybody till FATECSA and José Manuel valero, s.l. will get an agreement about it. This way, FATECSA will summon compensatory damage against all persons or companies that use this mark. If somebody need it, we can to send the complete Court Resolution text.
