TBT PRISMA FOLDING includes two assembly and position frames that allow to pass from folding mode to used mode.

A upper and lower flaps make it easy the exact localization of frames. These same flaps would be fixed to frame by any system (adhesive ribbon, staples, nails...) making more effective floor fixing of formwork.

TBT PRISMA FOLDING  arrives to building site totally finished and ready to use it.

Frames has a signs that does more easy to put TBT PRISMA FOLDING in exact position on floor. Nailing frame on floor we’ll have the formwork ready to prop up.

When formwork is correctly prop up and vertical TBT PRISMA FOLDING is ready to concrete’s filled and vibration.

When concreete is ready we can to proceed to demould cutting lengthwise the TBT PRISMA FOLDING   with any cutting sustem (cutter, knife...) This way we’ll obtain a fast, easy and safety demould.
